What Are All Stars?

We will be forming three teams: 10U, 11U, and 12U.

These are highly competitive teams that will represent Lake Oswego Little League in the District, State, Regional and possibly Williamsport tournaments.

Commitment Expectations

All Stars is a full commitment.

• Teams will practice and scrimmage 5–6 days per week throughout June.
• Tournament play begins late June and may continue into July, depending on how far each team advances.
• By signing up, you are committing to being available for all practices and tournament games.

Tryout Details

Date: May 17 

Location: Westlake Park (grass field)

Tryout Times: (Arrive at least 20 min before start time for check in and warm ups)

• 10U: 10:00–11:00 AM
• 11U: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 12U: 12:00–1:00 PM

Team Selection Process

Teams will be formed in the days following tryouts. All coaches participate in selecting players for each age group.

Coach Selection

After teams are finalized, coaches who have volunteered for head or assistant roles will be voted on and confirmed by the coaching group and the board.

Evaluation Criteria

Coaches will consider:

• Stats
• Attitude
• Coachability
• Baseball IQ

If a player is not selected for All -Stars, they will have the opportunity to participate in an Honors Tournament during the first week of June. That team may also continue playing in tournaments throughout the summer.
