With a 11-0 shutout over Wyoming, Lake Oswego advances to the NW Regional Semifinals..
Lake Oswego’s pitching dominated the game tonight with two pitchers throwing for a combined one-hitter and allowing only two base runners. Essentially giving their defense the night off. Ben R. got the start on the mound and pitched three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and no walks while striking out eight! Ehan U. threw one scoreless inning in relief, allowing no hits and one walk while striking out two.
The bats were hot again for Lake Oswego with nine hits and seven RBI’s. Including an inside the park Home Run by Crew C. in the third inning.
Our All Stars are back in action on Friday Aug 13th @ 6:00 PM and take on the loser of Game 8 (Thursday @ 6pm) between Washington and Montana. This game will be televised on ESPN (not ESPN+).
