Game Attendance Reminder

Hello Baseball families,

What an amazing start to our season! The weather has been unbelievable and so have the games.

We want to thank everyone for helping to make this season possible by wearing your masks and doing your best to maintain proper social distancing.

N
ow that Clackamas County has moved back to OHA Risk Level of High, we do need to remind everyone that attendance to games for all divisions is limited to 2 family members per player.

Our initial attendance plan was set to cover us for an OHA Risk Level of High knowing we would probably fall back to the higher risk level after spring break (which it did).  So while our attendance plan stays unchanged, we do not have any wiggle room for extra attendees at this time.

It is imperative that all families continue to comply with ongoing precautions as recommended by CDC and OHA to prevent the spread of Covid-19 within the league.

Below are some of the season’s HAVE-TO’s (aka not optional) for coming out and watching the games. This means that you and EVERYONE who comes out to cheer on your favorite players MUST :

  • STAY HOME if you’re not feeling well
    • Please Stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting on test results, are showing COVID-19 symptoms, or have had a close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the preceding 14 days.
    • stay home with any illness involving fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
  • WEAR A MASK AND MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
    • Wear a mask or face coverings at all times
      • If your child is exempt from face masks for medical reasons, please let us know
      • Children under 2 are exempt per OHA regulation
    • Maintain social distancing
      • 6ft foot spacing is required between spectators from different households
  • LIMIT SPECTATORS- 2 fans per player (this does not include coaches)
    • Number of attendants may not exceed 2 members per player (which hopefully will change based on OHA Risk Level).  Any family attendance increases or limitations will be immediately disclosed when we’re made aware of any.
  • B.Y.O.C. (Bring Your Own Chair)
    • Most of the baseball fields have limited seating and we recommend (for your comfort) that you bring your own chair or picnic blanket to watch the games
