Participation Requirements for Tryouts

All players and families are required to comply with ongoing precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This includes face coverings at all times, frequent hand sanitizing, cleaning protocols and social distancing.

  • A completed COVID-19 Waiver form needs to be turned in for each player when you check-in for Tryouts. This is a one-time document for the 2021 Spring Season. Players will not be allow to participate without this form.
  • A completed COVID-19 Daily Health Screening Form needs to be turned in for each player when you check-in for Tryouts. We are asking all parents to complete the form by assessing their child for signs of illness prior to arriving at the field on the day of the tryout.

Once the season starts we will be using the virtual COVID-19 Health Tracker feature in Game Changer Team Manager App (this means no more paper forms).  More information will be provided at a later date.

    Equipment

  • Each player will be required to bring their own individual equipment. No equipment will be shared between players.
  • Coaches will be responsible for setting up, handling, and sanitizing team equipment. Players will not move or handle team equipment.
  • Each player will sanitize their equipment after each clinic.

    Food & Drink

  • Players should not bring any food to the tryout unless it is required for medical reasons. If medically required, the player will be responsible for supplying their own food and are not allowed to share with other players. Players are required to wash or sanitize hands before and after eating.
  • Players will supply their own drinks. The players' drinks will be kept with their equipment at their individual equipment spot. All drink containers must be labeled with the player’s name.
  • Based on the OHA Risk Level, we will also need to monitor how many people can be on the field and the surrounding area at a time.

We look forward to seeing you then!
